Scheduling & Appointment Information?
We begin our service day with our first appointment at 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. This first appointment time is guaranteed, and you will receive both text and email confirmations the evening before your scheduled service.

On the day of your appointment, we will call to notify you when we are en route to your location. For appointments scheduled after 8:00 AM, we provide a two-hour arrival window and will contact you approximately 30 minutes prior to our estimated arrival time to ensure you're prepared for our visit.
Need a Specific Time? If you require a guaranteed arrival time, please request our 8:00 AM appointment slot when scheduling your service.
We understand that your time is valuable, and we're committed to keeping you informed throughout the process to minimize any inconvenience to your daily schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules change, and we are very flexible to accommodate you when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible when your schedule changes so we can adjust our calendar accordingly.
We appreciate your consideration in giving us advance notice, as this allows us to better serve all our customers while maintaining our commitment to reliable service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and cash for all services. Personal checks are welcomed beginning with your second service call, once we've established a working relationship.
